The plot follows flight SA-407, which ten years earlier experienced supernatural occurrences that killed all passengers except one flight attendant, New, who survived by closing her eyes until the plane landed. In the present, the same plane has been repainted and a new group boards, including a family, a tourist, a couple, flight attendants, an engineer, a monk, an old woman, a pervert American, and a pilot. As oxygen levels drop, the engineer Bank goes to fix the problem in the cargo hold, and the old woman dies. Strange events escalate: dead bodies disappear, possessed passengers kill each other, and only Gift, Jamras, Phen, Bank, and New remain. Phen becomes possessed and strangles New, but a cart rolls and kills Phen with forks. Bank and Jamras land the plane safely. At the ambulance, Gift asks where New is, and Bank sees her soul in the plane, revealing that she died with Phen. The film explains that the spirits sought revenge because New saved only herself ten years ago and did not help the others. The film ends with the plane scheduled to be repainted again and New's spirit sitting inside.
